Supreme Court Case No. SC90827

In re:  William S. England,   MBE No. 37845

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court having previously issued an order on September 21, 2010, suspending Respondent from the practice of law with a stay of said suspension and placing the Respondent on probation; and

Informant having filed a motion for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked on July 26, 2012; and

This Court having issued a show cause order to Respondent on July 26, 2012; and Respondent having filed a response to the show cause order on August 27, 2012;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the terms of probation by his violation of Rules 5.225(b), 4-1.3 and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Now, therefore, William S. England’s probation is revoked, the stay previously issued is vacated, and the sanction specified in this Court’s September 21, 2010, order is imposed.

Pursuant to the order of September 21, 2010, Respondent was ordered to pay a fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund. Respondent has not paid the same and that amount remains due from Respondent.

Respondent, William S. England, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of two years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that William S. England comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
