Note: Josh P. Tolin was previously disbarred on April 11, 2006.


ORDER


Now at this day, having seen and fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement to practice law in the State of Missouri and the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel approving such reinstatement, the Court doth order and adjudge that said application of Josh P. Tolin be, and the same is hereby, approved and that said Josh P. Tolin be, and he is hereby, reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing.

Petitioner is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225 for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be as set forth in the terms and conditions of probation filed herein by the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
