ORDER

Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension for failure to pay taxes sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation
pursuant to Rule 5.225 for a period of one year from the date of this order.

The conditions of probation shall be as set forth in paragraphs 1 through 8 of exhibit A attached to the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein. Petitioner shall also comply with those conditions set forth in Rule 5.225.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
