ORDER

Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension for failure to pay taxes sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. In conformity with the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Petitioner is placed on probation for one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation are those set forth in exhibit A to the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein.
