In re:  Carrie R. Gerischer,   MBE No. 51993

NOTE: The Court terminated Ms. Gerischer's probation by order dated June 4, 2015.

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the stipulation and statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Haring Panel filed by the parties;

The Court finds that Respondent, Carrie R. Gerischer, Missouri Bar No. 51993, violated Rules 4-1.15(c) and 4-1.15(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court doth order Respondent placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order in accordance with Rule 5.225 under the terms agreed to by the parties and filed with the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1500.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
