ORDER
Respondent’s petition for reinstatement after discipline is sustained, and Respondent is reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Respondent is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation are those contained in Rule 5.225, that Respondent pass the Multi State Professional Responsibility Examination within 12 months of the date of this order, and that he agree to mental and physical health care monitoring as deemed appropriate by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
