ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Robert Scott Sanderson, was disbarred from practice of law by the Supreme Court of Illinois pursuant to the January 16, 2015, order of that Court in Case No. M.R.27108, entitled In re: Robert S. Sanderson.

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-5.5(a), 4-8.4(c), 4-8.1(a), 4-8.1(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On May 7, 2015, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent filed a response to the same;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Robert Scott Sanderson, is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Robert Scott Sanderson comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
