iNotes Email Replacement Project
The Missouri Court Automation Committee determined iNotes is no longer viable to meet the needs of the judiciary's municipal divisions and
approved a plan for migrating email, calendaring and chat functionality
to Microsoft Exchange. Once migrated, you will use Outlook/Teams for your email, calendaring and chat functionality.
The Missouri Court Automation Committee also
approved new Security Policy 200.19 – Court Mailbox Size Limitations.
In preparation for the judiciary-wide migration to Microsoft Exchange, please review the policy. All judiciary users must be in compliance with the 30 GB (30,000 MB) mailbox size limit by December 31, 2025.
How do I know the size of my mailbox?
1) From the inbox, in the upper left, click on the words "HCL iNotes."

A screen similar to the one below will appear. The lines to look for are highlighted in yellow in this screen shot: Documents and Size. This example shows the mailbox is 67 MB in size and has 247 messages. Please note, after you delete content in your mailbox, it may
take up to a week for your disk space and documents number to change.
Even
if your mailbox size is under the policy size limit, you may want to do
a little cleaning. Remember, a smaller mail file will make the
migration process much easier. Plus, a smaller mail file is more
efficient in responsiveness and it reduces the overall disk space
required for storage, which helps with nightly backups.
iNotes Cleaning Tips 1) From your Inbox click the 'All Documents' view Review the documents and delete any that are out-of-date, no longer necessary, etc.
2) Clean up old Calendar and To Do entries You can clean up your calendar and To Do list by deleting entries and items that are no longer current. From your calendar:

What is the timeline for migration?
The
email replacement work group currently is working to finalize the
contract with the migration services vendor. Once the contract is in
place, you will receive communication about the implementation timeline.
All users need to be ready when implementation does begin. If your
mailbox is not under the size limit it will not be migrated.
