Case.net is the Missouri Judiciary's case information portal. Missouri Court Operating Rule 2 governs public access to the records of the judicial department. Case.net allows Internet access to cases filed in Missouri that have been deemed public information. Only case information from JIS automated courts within the Missouri Judiciary are available through Case.net. The information is contained in a group of databases, organized by Supreme Court, Eastern Appellate, Southern Appellate, Western Appellate, Fine Collection Center and individual Circuit Courts.

PUBLIC USERS OF CASE.NET DO NOT HAVE TO LOGON in order to perform inquiries and view cases filed in Missouri that have been deemed public information.
Case.net Secure Inquiry
Case.net has a Logon feature which allows approved users of the website to authenticate themselves in order to see case information filed in Missouri at a higher security level than what has been deemed public information.
Secure Case.net access is intended for staff within the Missouri Judiciary and specific governmental agencies as authorized by Missouri Statutes. Access to Secure Case.net is strictly regulated by the Office of State Courts Administrator.
