Parking: Metered parking is available on the streets surrounding the the Treatment Court building. There is also a parking garage located in front of the courthouse at the intersection of 8th and Walnut. The parking lots near the building are limited for use by properly tagged vehicles only. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

In December 2007 the Treatment Court staff moved to the Boone County Treatment Court building, just one block west of the courthouse. It houses all four of the treatment courts: Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Veterans Court, and DWI Court. The building also serves as a centralized location where participants can access a wide range of social services including treatment classes (Moral Recognition Therapy), and probation and parole. There is also a drug testing center that provides a convenient location for participants to utilize when drug testing is required.

All of the Treatment Court Teams are comprised of members from various agencies/organizations around the community. Team members always include the Treatment Court Commissioner, administrator, probation officers, and treatment providers. In addition some programs include a prosecutor, defense attorneys, case managers, and/or representatives from local agencies. Teams meet each week to discuss program participants. This allows for increased communication, which in turn bolsters the effectiveness of the program’s holistic approach to crime prevention and rehabilitation. It also helps to verify client progress and validate decisions made by the team regarding participants.

TC I, Drug Court: Tuesday at 1:00pm. in Division XII.

TC II & V, Mental Health & Co-Occuring Court: Thursday at 1:00pm. in Division XII.

TC III, Veterans Court, every other Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in Division XII. Call for schedule.

TC IV, DWI Court: Wednesday at 10:30am. in Division XII.
