13th Judicial Circuit of MissouriDivision 5

Judge Shaw was elected to the court in 2014, and re-elected in 2018. Division V handles traffic and city court dockets, general civil and criminal dockets, order of protection docket, and Child Support Court. Judge Shaw is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, School of Law, with an undergraduate degree in business administration from Columbia College.

Prior to election to the court Judge Shaw worked in the trial division of the Public Defender's offices in Boone and Cape Girardeau counties, the Public Defender Capital Division, and worked in private practice.
