13th Judicial Circuit of MissouriDivision 6

Judge Christopher Wilson is an Associate Circuit Judge for Division VI within the 13th Judicial Circuit. He was elected to that position and took office on January 1, 2023. He presides over civil, criminal and juvenile court matters. Judge Wilson is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Prior to taking the bench, Judge Wilson served as the Prosecuting Attorney for Callaway County.

Prior to his election as Prosecuting Attorney, Judge Wilson served as First Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Callaway County, City Prosecutor for Fulton and Auxvasse, Municipal Judge of New Bloomfield, Assistant Public Defender (Kennett & Sedalia), and Legal Counsel for the Juvenile Officer for the 13th Judicial Circuit. In addition, he worked in corporate and private practice in Kansas City and Springfield.

Judge Wilson previously served as president of the Callaway County Bar Association, adjunct professor at William Woods University, board of directors for SERVE and CrossWind Ranch, as well as a youth football and baseball coach for the YMCA of Callaway County and the City of Fulton. He also served as master of ceremonies and speaker for the Missouri Crime Victims' Rights Week ceremony at the State Capitol in 2019, 2021, and 2022.

Judge Wilson is married to Kristie Rose and they have one son, Ashton and daughter-in-law, Angel.
