Introduction

Since this is a "virtual", electronic deskbook, we are not confined to the limitations of paper and ink but can present information in a variety of formats. This material is presented in the format of a PowerPoint slide show. To view the PowerPoint slide show, click here; you can either press the "open" button to view the slide show or the "save" button to download it to your computer.

To load the slide show, use "file" "open". To view a full screen presentation of the slide show, press F5 on the keyboard. Left click your mouse to advance the slides. To end, right click the mouse and choose "end show".
