Searching/Modifying Users
Search by: Users can be searched by User ID, Last Name, or First Name by selecting the appropriate search method from the drop down list.
Search for: Enter the desired criteria matching the method selected to be searched.
Agency: Defaults to the agency for which an Administrator has access. For instance, a judicial agency password administrator will have access only to "Judicial Department" in the Agency drop-down.
Search: Selecting the Search button will display a list of users meeting the entered search criteria. Selecting the Search button with no criteria will return all users for which the person searching has access.
Users meeting the searched criteria include the following:
1. Check: Option to select specific or multiple users.
2. User ID: Includes a link to view the user information.
3. Agency Code(s): Agency or agencies for which a user is set up.
4. Last Name: Last name of the user.
5. First Name: First name of the user.
6. Middle Name: Middle name of the user.
7. Phone: Phone number of the user.
8. E-Mail: E-Mail address of the user.
Show locked only: Checkbox which displays those users who are locked by the system after three unsuccessful log-on attempts. An Agency Administrator may also lock a user’s access to MOJJIS.
Show revoked only: Checkbox which displays those users who are revoked from access by an Agency Administrator.
After selecting a specific user account to view or update, the User Account page will display with following action buttons available:
Save: User profile changes will be saved. Child window will display indicating “User modified successfully.” Select OK.
Delete: Will only be active if the user is an Agency Administrator. Allows for deleting a user from the MOJJIS system. If a user is deleted, any history of activity, i.e., searches conducted via the Audit Log, etc., will be lost.
Audit Log: Selecting will open the Audit Log page with additional options at the top of the page to “Return to User” (to return to the User Account) or “Return to User List” (to return to the list of all users searched). See the Audit Log Help web page for additional information.
Return to User List: Return to the list of users searched, if applicable, or to the Administration page.
Reset: Clear all newly entered data from the form.
