Unlocking Users

A Password or Agency Administrator has access to lock or unlock user accounts. A user may lock access to MOJJIS following three unsuccessful attempts to Log-on to MOJJIS.

Searching for Locked Users
A Password or Agency Administrator may search for only locked users by selecting the “Show locked only” checkbox when conducting a search. (See Searching/Modifying Users for additional information.) Selecting the “Search” button with no other criteria entered and the “Show locked only” checkbox will display all users currently locked for the administrator’s associated agency.

Unlocking Select or Multiple Users
By selecting the “Show locked only” checkbox when conducting a search, selected or multiple users can be unlocked simultaneously. After searched users display, select the “Check” box next to the applicable User ID to be unlocked and select the “Unlock selected users” button. Select multiple checkboxes to unlock multiple users simultaneously.

Locking Selected Users
Agency or Password Administrators may also lock a user from accessing MOJJIS. The Administrator must search for the applicable user (see Searching/Modifying Users for additional information), opening the selected users account by selecting the user name link, then select the “Lock” checkbox to lock the appropriate user and “Save.”
