Have you ever wondered what happens when a case is appealed? For cases in the Supreme Court of Missouri, you can watch or listen online or observe in person in Jefferson City.

But the Missouri Court of Appeals has more flexibility. The state's intermediate appeals court  – which traditionally sits in its main courthouse locations in Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, Springfield and St. Louis – has for many years taken its oral arguments on the road to schools and other locations in communities throughout the state to help Missourians see their courts in action and engage in question-and-answer sessions with the judges.
