Circuit Clerk - Megan Morse

The office of the Circuit Clerk receives processes and files all records relating the courts. We collect and disperse all monies relating to the court. We also enter all cases into a state computerized data base and as required we enter case records into a state system for child support collection. Our office is divided into five divisions as listed below.

To access public case information, please go to Case.net. If you access cases just in the 13th Circuit then you will be accessing real-time data, meaning once the information is entered in the Clerk's Office then it will be seen on Case.net. If you are doing a search for all circuits there may be a lag in data up to 3 hours. We ask you to please visit this site as it has a lot of very helpful information, especially upcoming court dates. If you have an attorney, including a public defender, you need to communicate with them to obtain your court date or check on Case.net.

This division processes all traffic violations that occur in the county. Some violations occurring within city limits may be processed in that city.
