Once the case is available on Case.net, for tickets in which defendants wish to plead guilty prior to the court date and pay the fine and costs, please refer to the fine schedule and follow these steps:

• Paying online at www.courts.mo.gov
• Click on Case.net.
• Enter the case number found on your ticket.
• If your case number appears, select “Plead and Pay” and follow the steps.
• If “Plead and Pay” is not an option, this may indicate your offense requires a court appearance. Please call the Boone County Circuit Clerk’s office at 573-886-4026 for further assistance.

OR

• Sign your name to the “Appearance Plea and Waiver” on the back of your ticket AND
• Pay your fine in full by appearing in person prior to your court date with cash, money order or cashier’s check at the below location:
