The Department of Revenue also provides OSCA the case numbers of the convictions reported in more than seven days. If you would like to review those cases in more detail, please contact the OSCA Help Desk at 888-541-4894 or via e-mail.

Section 302.225, RSMo requires that traffic dispositions must be received by DOR within seven days of disposition. If the state does not maintain 100% compliance for reporting commercial driving violations within this time frame, the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Improvement Act allows the federal government to withhold millions of dollars of state highway safety funding.
