User Provisioning and Audit and Security Policy Compliance Units |

| The user provisioning unit performs user provisioning requests (new users, change requests and terminations) for court users and court partners to various court applications. The unit also provides solutions for users who are having trouble accessing court systems due to improper security access. The audit and security policy compliance unit audits various court applications to ensure proper protocols for access have been followed; writes and updates security policies; monitors cyber security activity; and provides solutions to keep our system up-to-date with the latest security patches. The unit also works closely with cyber security analysts from other state entities and companies to keep updated about the latest cyber security trends, and provides annual security awareness training to all court users. |
