About MOSAC
The Missouri Sentencing Advisory Commission works in conjunction with the Supreme Court of Missouri's state courts administrator's office, trial judges, the Missouri Department of Corrections, the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole, prosecutors, public defenders, private defense counsel and the public.
The commission is comprised of members from across all three branches of government as well as the public:
