Pretrial/Bail Services Subcommittee
The Pretrial/Bail Services Subcommittee addresses the need for pretrial release/bond procedure improvement; assesses tools relevant for Missouri; updates the National Center for State Courts' best practices manual; recommends statutory/rule changes; and handles outcome measures and feasibility of data, process/reporting requirements, and training needs.
