Costs, Fines and Fees Subcommittee
The Costs, Fines and Fees Subcommittee reviews criminal, traffic and ordinance costs, fines and fees. It identifies trends in assessing costs, fines and fees on these case types and the impact of automatic license suspension. The subcommittee also identifies training needs and recommends statutory/rule changes.
