OSCA has prepared stamp templates for courts to use and modify to the specifications they desire through Cute PDF Pro. This link provides instructions about how to access these templates, how to import them to your courts own shared folder for modification, and how to export them so they are available for necessary court staff. Also included is other information regarding the use of stamps in Cute PDF pro.
Below are examples of the stamp templates created by OSCA.
1. Circuit Clerk Name, Time and Date

2. So Ordered, Date

3. Sealed

4. Court Seal

In addition to the standard stamps available above, the court may request a local court stamp or insignia. There are two options available, examples of which are displayed below. Contact the state courts administrator's Help Desk to enter a request with your preference
