Report to Supreme Court of Missouri regarding Ferguson municipal court division

The Supreme Court of Missouri received the following report from the state courts administrator's office and Acting Ferguson Municipal Judge Roy L. Richter:

The Court thanks Judge Richter and OSCA for their ongoing efforts to study and report about the Ferguson court. The Court will review this report and give it careful consideration as it determines what next steps may be appropriate to improving the municipal court divisions in St. Louis County and throughout the state.
