TRACKS

TRACKS is the NEW Learning Management System

Desktop Icon

TRACKS is live and available for access! The new "T" icon to the left will be on your desktop (or virtual desktop) for the new learning management system. Attached are directions for logging on to TRACKS.

The new system will receive regular software updates from the vendor. We will also be able to modify and adjust dashboards and layouts as the system grows and we receive feedback from the uses.

Help Resources

A TRACKS Quick Reference Guide is available, which provides more details about new features and navigating in the new system. There is also online help available in the TRACKS system by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner.

Training

TRACKS webinars are available:

Training Records

Your transcripts from the last five years in JEWELS (excluding self-reported training) will be copied into the new system. We will leave access to JEWELS open for a short time so you can export or print your transcripts for activities older than 5 years. Please do that as soon as possible. Read the linked instructions about how to retrieve and store your records older than five years and all self-reported training, before JEWELS is turned off.
