NEW PORTAL SEARCH FEATURE AVAILABLE FOR STATEWIDE USE
What do users need to know about the new search feature?
A video and user guide have been developed to provide information about accessing the portal and using the search feature.
- The Show-Me Service Center (SMSC) Portal search feature is now available statewide. Any user who logs in to the SMSC Portal is able to use the search feature.
- The search feature allows users to search knowledge articles within the SMSC ticket system for the answers to their own questions or issues.
- Please note that while the new search feature is available for statewide use, currently the majority of searchable content is for Show-Me Courts municipal and traffic topics or videoconferencing. Additional content for other topics will continue to be added.

PORTAL PROVIDES EASY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT
How do users benefit from using the Portal?
The Portal provides users with easy access to customer service and support through OSCA.

- Users who are logged in to the Portal can do the following:
- Open new tickets from the Portal by clicking "Submit a ticket to smsc@courts.mo.gov."
- Review tickets from the Portal by clicking "Open Tickets," "Updated Today," or "Closed" located in the top menu bar. You do not need to call the OSCA Help Desk to check the status of your ticket(s).
- All users, whether logged in or out, can do the following:
- See notices about current service interruptions.
- Submit voluntary feedback about the SMSC Portal.
