In re: Forms for Paternity Action, Child Custody and Support, and Related Instructions
ORDER
1. The attached forms for paternity action, child custody and support, and related instructions, having been prepared by this Court's Committee on Access to Family Courts and reviewed by the State Judicial Records Committee and this Court, are hereby adopted and approved for distribution and use. The forms are effective January 1, 2019, and may be used prior thereto. These forms supersede any similar forms and instructions previously approved by this Court.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
