ORDER
WHEREAS, The Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information pursuant to Rule 5.23(a) advising that Respondent, Ward D. Rowe, was placed on disability inactive status by the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas in an order issued June 14, 2018, in In the Matter of Ward D. Rowe, bar docket number 15667;
This Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises, and pursuant to Rule 5.23(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, hereby orders Respondent, Ward D. Rowe, be suspended from the practice of law until further order of this Court.
It is further ordered that Respondent, Ward D. Rowe, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
