   • JIS processes being developed for addition to Show-Me Courts
Begin using Show-Me Courts (SMC) if you are not already using it! The following resources can help:
Court Resources Manual | Step-by-step SMC procedures needed for case processing
SMC In-App Help | A guide to understanding and navigating the SMC case management system
   TRACKS | SMC training
SMC Shorts | Quick demos about new or changed functionality

Click the name of each form/screen listed below to expand the information you need to know to prepare for the transition.

September 1, 2025

 1. CZRLMRG
  • If you currently use CZRLMRG in JIS to merge documents and forms with information from the case management system it is recommended you switch to using the comparable function in Show-Me Courts (SMC), which is Document Generation. All statewide forms that can be merged in JIS, except for some juvenile forms, are available in Document Generation. The remaining juvenile forms will be authorized before CZRLMRG is removed.
  • Prior to September 1, verify the letter codes you use in JIS are available in SMC. If your court uses local forms in JIS, a GN255 Presiding Judge's Authorization of Local Forms for Show-Me Courts form signed by your presiding judge must be submitted to OSCA for your local forms to be available in SMC. Once CZRLMRG is removed it cannot be added back to JIS. It is very important to determine if all the letter codes you currently use in JIS are available in SMC before CZRLMRG is removed.
  • If your local form is not an option in Document Generation, then OSCA has not received a GN255 form authorizing it for use in SMC. Staff in your court should work together to determine which letter codes need to be authorized in SMC and submit one GN255 form for your court.
