ORDER

On May 4, 2020, this Court entered an order regarding operational directives for easing COVID-19 restrictions on in-person proceedings.  Disciplinary hearing panel proceedings held in accordance with Rule 5.15 shall be conducted utilizing all available remote technologies, including teleconferencing and videoconferencing, until such time as the circuit court in the jurisdiction in which the disciplinary hearing panel would otherwise convene is in Operational Phase Three.  Thereafter, the Advisory Committee, in coordination with Legal Ethics Counsel, shall have discretion, on a case-by-case basis, as to whether disciplinary hearing panel proceedings are conducted in person.  This Order will remain in effect until rescinded or amended by order of this Court as circumstances warrant.
