In re:  Extension of Court Reporter Temporary Certificates During the COVID-19 Pandemic


As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Court hereby grants the Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners the authority to extend temporary certificates issued under Rule 14.06(c) for up to six months from the date of the temporary certificate’s expiration in order to permit a temporary certificate holder to continue practicing until he or she has an opportunity to take a certification exam.  Extension requests should be made in writing to the Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners.  This Order shall remain in effect until further order from this Court.
