ORDER
The forms of Jury Instructions, Notes on Use, and Committee Comments, as finally submitted to the Court by the Committee on Jury Instructions and as set forth in Missouri Approved Jury Instructions (MAI), Eighth Edition, published by West Group, Eagan, Minnesota, copyright 2020, are approved and hereby adopted by the Court.
The aforesaid forms must be used on and after January 1, 2021, and may be used prior thereto without such use being presumed to be error.
