ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information pursuant to Rule 5.23(a) advising this Court that Respondent, Tanya J. Treadway, was placed on disabled inactive status by the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas in an order issued on April 13, 2021, in In the Matter of Tanya J. Treadway, Respondent, Bar Docket No. 13255;
This Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises, and pursuant to Rule 5.23(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, hereby orders Respondent, Tanya J. Treadway, be suspended from the practice of law until further order of this Court.
It is further ordered that Tanya J. Treadway, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
