In re: 

Adoption of a new subdivision 17.28, entitled "Filing to Disposition Time Standards," of Court Operating Rule 17, entitled "Case Processing Time Standards."

ORDER

1.  It is ordered that, effective July 1, 2022, a new subdivision 17.28 of Court Operating Rule 17 is hereby adopted to read as follows:

COURT OPERATING RULE 17  CASE PROCESSING TIME STANDARDS

17.20 TO 17.28  FILING TO DISPOSITION TIME STANDARDS

17.28  Periods of time during which a case is automatically stayed, pursuant to section 510.120, RSMo, because a member of the general assembly is an attorney, party, or necessary witness in the court proceeding shall be excluded when calculating the age of the relevant case.

2.  It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.

3.  It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.

4. The state courts administrator shall provide copies of this order to every presiding circuit court judge and circuit clerk and such other persons as the administrator deems appropriate.
