Supreme Court of Missouri Decision Dates

Dates the Supreme Court of Missouri has reserved to hand down (or issue) decisions are listed below. Hand downs typically occur at 1 p.m. on designated Tuesdays (unless otherwise noted). The minutes of all the Court's hand downs are available dating back to May 26, 1998.

The Court has two types of hand down days when it issues decisions. The first are "regular" hand down days, when the Court issues its rulings regarding applications for transfer, writs and motions. Regular hand downs may or may not include opinions. The second type are "optional" hand down days, when the Court may issue opinions or rulings on motions for rehearing.
