In re:
Repeal of the Regulations of the Board of Law Examiners of subdivision 8.05, entitled "Application for Character and Fitness Report," of Rule 8, entitled "Admission to the Bar," and in lieu thereof adoption of new Regulations of the Board of Law Examiners of subdivision 8.05, entitled "Application for Character and Fitness Report."
ORDER
1. It is ordered that, effective September 1, 2023, Regulations of the Board of Law Examiners of subdivision 8.05 be and the same are hereby repealed and new Regulations of the Board of Law Examiners of subdivision 8.05 are adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:

Regulations of the Board of Law Examiners
1. Law students are encouraged to file an application for character and fitness report upon beginning law school and may be allowed a reduced application fee as set out in the prescribed fee schedule.
2. The application for character and fitness report is a continuing application, and applicants are required to file a written update within 30 days of any change to any information provided or sought in the application.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
