Effective January 1, 2025

In re: Adoption of subdivision 1.11, entitled "Data Standards," of Court Operating Rule 1, entitled "State Court Automation."

1.  It is ordered that, effective January 1, 2025, subdivision 1.11 of Court Operating Rule 1 be and the same is hereby adopted to read as follows:

COURT OPERATING RULE 1.11 | DATA STANDARDS

Beginning January 1, 2025, data shall be collected consistent with the National Center for State Courts' National Open Court Data Standards, through the statewide court automation system, unless modified by order of this Court, whether on the Court's own initiative, a recommendation of a Court committee, or otherwise.

2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.

3.  It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.

4.  The state courts administrator shall provide copies of this order to every presiding circuit court judge and circuit clerk and such other persons as the administrator deems appropriate.
