In re: Modification of Effective Dates for Implementation of Data Collection of Race and Ethnicity Data Consistent with the National Center for State Courts' National Open Court Data Standards and the Repeal and Adoption of a new Court Operating Rule 4.07.1

1. On October 3, 2023, this Court entered an order regarding the preparation and implementation of data collection consistent with the National Center for State Courts' National Open Court Data Standards. In that order, this Court ordered the creation of data elements pertaining to race and ethnicity data and ordered that collection of such data begin on April 1, 2024. The Court hereby modifies the effective date to January 1, 2025, for the creation of such data elements and the collection of such data.

2. On October 3, 2023, this Court entered an order repealing subdivision 4.07.1 of Court Operating Rule 4.07, entitled "Uniform Record Keeping System," and, in lieu thereof, adopting a new Court Operating Rule 4.07.1, effective April 1, 2024. The Court hereby modifies that order's effective date to January 1, 2025.

3. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.

4. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.

5. The state courts administrator shall provide copies of this order to every presiding circuit court judge and circuit clerk and such other persons as the administrator deems appropriate.
