Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension for failure to pay taxes sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be set forth in the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s recommendation filed herein and those conditions set forth in Rule 5.245.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(k) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Petitioner.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
