Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension by court order sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be set forth in the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein and those conditions set forth in Rule 5.175.
