In re:
Repeal of subdivisions (a) and (b) of subdivision 6.07, entitled "Disposition of Fees," of Rule 6, entitled "Fees to Practice Law," and in lieu thereof adoption of new subdivisions (a) and (b) of subdivision 6.07, entitled "Disposition of Fees."
ORDER
1. It is ordered that, effective September 1, 2024, subdivisions (a) and (b) of subdivision 6.07 of Rule 6 be and the same are hereby repealed and new subdivisions (a) and (b) of subdivision 6.07 are adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
6.07 DISPOSITION OF FEES
(a) The portion of the enrollment fee constituting the bar fee and all pro hac vice fees shall be deposited promptly by the clerk of this Court as ex officio treasurer of The Missouri Bar in an account in the name of "The Missouri Bar". The pro hac vice fees shall be allocated annually by the board of governors of The Missouri Bar to support legal services, the legal profession, or the justice system of Missouri.
(b) The annual fees collected from lawyers who are inactive, all penalties collected, and that portion of the enrollment fee constituting the advisory committee fee shall be deposited promptly by the clerk of this Court ex officio treasurer of the advisory committee fund in an account in the name of "The Advisory Committee Fund".

2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
