Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension for failure to pay taxes sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation are those set forth in the terms and conditions included in the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein and those conditions set forth in Rule 5.175.
