In re:
Repeal of subdivision (a) of subdivision 41.08 entitled "Signatures of Judicial Officers and Court Officials," of Rule 41, entitled "General," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subdivision (a) of subdivision 41.08 entitled "Signatures of Judicial Officers and Court Officials."
1. It is ordered that, effective January 1, 2026, subdivision 41.08(a) of Rule 41 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new subdivision 41.08(a) is adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
41.08 | SIGNATURES OF JUDICIAL OFFICERS AND COURT OFFICIALS
(a) Signature of judicial officer. Documents requiring a judge's or commissioner's signature may be signed by an original signature, stamped signature, or an electronic graphic representation of a signature. When the signature appears on a docket sheet entry, the entry may be signed in the following manner: /s/ John or Jane Judge.

2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
