In re: John T. Yarbrough, MBE No. 23162
ORDER
Petitioner, John T. Yarbrough, having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state: and
Petitioner having admitted in said petition that he violated Rules 4-1.8, 4-1.16 and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel's report and recommendation and Petitioner having filed no response to the same;
The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of John T. Yarbrough be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of John T. Yarbrough be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated
