Due to an electrical failure Saturday, June 29 at one of the Missouri Judiciary's data centers, the Missouri Electronic Filing (eFiling) System may be unavailable or have limited functionality in some locations. Below is a list of locations currently able to process e-filings.

For locations not listed, electronic filing users are able to file new cases, but the courts may not be able to process them at this time. Users may not be able to submit filings for existing cases during this time. For further information, users should refer to Rule 103.06, which sets out the procedures to follow in the event the electronic filing system is unavailable at the time a user attempts to file a document.
