New Missouri Courts website

Home

A new Missouri Courts website is under construction!

We listened to your feedback and are excited to bring you a modernized site that we hope you will find easier to use.

This is a first glimpse into the new Missouri courts website. As you will see, the home page prominently links to the services you use the most frequently: Case.net, Electronic Filing, an online payment portal, and other links we want to feature for your use. Today in the Courts is not gone – it just is moving to a new tab!

The new Missouri Courts website has not dropped any content – we just hope we are making it easier for you to find. The middle of the home page will feature prominent links to an overview about how Missouri's judicial system is structured; access to approved court forms; information about jury service; links to news releases; speeches and the cameras in the courtroom guide; a portal to information about pending cases and decisions; and a collection of rules and other legal resources.
New websie imageThe new Missouri Courts website home page also will offer links to information for attorneys, civic education materials about the courts, information about the attorney discipline process and orders, the portal to judicial vacancies pending on the state's nonpartisan courts, a collection of publications, and data from the judiciary's annual and statistical reports. There also is a new "How do I?" section based on some of the most frequently asked questions.
New website imageOne feature of the new Missouri Courts website will be "Find a Court" – an easy way to get useful information about a local court. "Find a Court" will allow you to search by county or appellate district and will give you tabs to contact information, location, local rules, jury information and municipal divisions. It also will let you search by the name of a judge, commissioner or clerk and find contact information for the relevant court.
