SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- As of December 31, 2013, the term of John Wooddell, elective member of the Appellate Judicial Commission, Southern District, will expire. An election for the open position will be held November 2, 2013.  

Missouri Bar members residing in the Southern District are eligible to run. A nominating petition must be signed by not fewer than 20 members of the Bar in good standing residing in the Southern District, at least 10 of whom do not reside in the same judicial circuit as the proposed nominee. The petitions must be received by the Southern District Clerk’s office no later than October 3, 2013.
