ST. LOUIS – Pursuant to rule 10.28(d), the 22nd Circuit judicial commission releases the following information relating to applicants for the associate circuit judge vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Elizabeth B. Hogan as circuit judge on the St. Louis city circuit court: 

There are 33 applicants: 18 women, 11 minority, 18 presently employed in the private sector and 15 presently employed in the public sector. The applicants' mean age is 52.6.

Also pursuant to rule 10.28(d), the commission announces it will interview all 33 applicants:

The commission will conduct interviews starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at the Missouri Court of Appeals, 815 Olive Street, St. Louis, Missouri. The public is invited to attend and observe interviews. The commission will meet after interviews are completed on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, in the same location to select three nominees from this applicant pool for the governor’s consideration.

The members of the 22nd Circuit Judicial Commission are: Chief Judge Gary M. Gaertner Jr. of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, June Bosley Dabney-Gray, Michael Calvin, Stephen F. Doss, and Steven L. Groves.
