Notice to attorneys practicing in Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Filing documents in confidential cases is currently to a special e-mail address directed to the clerk of this court. Filing through the electronic filing system was not possible. Beginning October 19, 2012, filing documents in confidential cases shall be made through the Missouri eFiling System. Only the attorneys of record in confidential cases will be able to view filings, rulings, opinions or other documents through Case.net.
Questions regarding technical issues should be directed to the OSCA Help Desk at (888) 541-4894. Questions regarding compliance with local rules should be directed to the clerk’s office at (417) 895-6811.
